Free lesson to anyone who has a Court in their back yard or complex

I currently teach out of a private place that belong to office buildings. 

But my lease ends in june and i dont want to renew my lease with them. 

So if anyone has a court at their house i would love to offer free lessons to the family every month in exchange for the court use ( about 10 hrs/week) 

if you live in a complex same deal as long as it is ok with the H.O.A. 

If any one knows of someone please feel free to let them know i am looking.
