Match play or Rally at Green Lake - 3.5?

Looking to get some practice before joining tennis flights this fall. NTRP 3.0. Consistent forehand/backhand, competent at baseline/net, need to work on service speed/consistency and spin. Want to move up to a 3.5-4.0 before joining though. Prefer Green Lake but willing to commute within Seattle. Available Monday and Wed's after work ~5pm. I can play this Wed.
