Looking for a tennis partner (Level 4.0) in Union City / Fremont

I am looking for singles (preferred) or doubles tennis partners (Level 4.0) to play with weekday evenings and/or weekends on public courts in/near Union City. Let me know what evening/weekend works for you and if you know of some good courts. Thanks.
