Just moved to Frederick for the summer, looking to hit. I'm a 4.0 player, happy to play with 3.5-5.0. Please text 3606075399 if interested.

Hi All, I just moved to Frederick and live downtown, looking for a hitting partner. I'm a 4.5 but am happy to play with 3.5-5.5. Just want to get out and hit!

Calls and texts are welcome!

Calling all "4.0 or better" tennis players! Play matches on courts 1/2 way between you and Frederick!

Please let me know if you, or players you know, are interested in joining a tennis ladder that will have weekly updates. Last ladder I ran had 28 players!

This ladder is being organized to create good competition, and a high level of fun, while increasing each player's skills, and especially to grow our tennis community. All participants "should" be at a 4.0 or higher playing level. It is up to all participants to help the ladder grow by motivating other players to join us. Email me the name and email address of anyone interested.

Leap Frog Sytem: This is the most basic and simplest ranking system. When a lower ranked player beats a higher ranked player, the lower ranked player "leap frogs" over the higher ranked player. If the higher ranked player wins, nothing happens.

There is no schedule. Set-up your own matches, including parameters, such as number of sets. Play anywhere, anytime, then email me the names of the players and who won the match. It's important to be courteous to other players by showing up to a match on time! All players bring a new can of balls to the match. Open one can. Winner gets the unopened can and the loser takes the can used in the match. If anyone is 20 minutes late, they give their competition a can of balls.
