Monday (7/28) Tennis

I'm visiting a friend in Manassas for a couple days and was wondering if anyone has any free time to play some tennis tomorrow (7/28)?  I would prefer to start playing between 9:30am and 1:00pm.

I am a 4.0 player from Minneapolis, MN and would like to play tennis with someone 3.5 to 4.0, if possible. Since late May, I have been playing at least 3 days each week, so I would like to keep that up, even while on vacation! The only place that I know of to play is at Cabin John Regional Park -- to possibly find a pickup game (singles or doubles)! Let me know if you think this could work. Thanks,
