Ready to hit weekend mornings

I'm new to the site and looking to hit around on weekend mornings.  I'm a purely recreational player who plays at about a four.  I'm looking to get some much needed exercise doing a sport I really enjoy.  I live north of Knoxville in the Andersonville area but I've driven as far as Tyson Park to play.
