Tennis workout for intermediate players
Piedmont, Temescal locations, I will play at Mosswood or Linda Ave or Davie or Piedmont Park. I like to warmup, hit baseline, do a bit of serve and volley, for 45-60 minutes. A few games at the end of the workout are optional.

Hi Bill, interested in Montclair courts? I'm 3.0-3.5. Late afternoon/early evenings generally work for me. Also flexible on weekends
