Looking for a hitting partner in Walnut Creek 3.0-3.5

 

How's it going, fellas?

I've been looking for a hitting partner as I'm slowly getting back to playing tennis.  I've been playing pretty consistently two to three times a week last year at Heather Farms and at Larkey Park. However, just as I was getting satisfied with my progress, I had an unfortunate accident in November which prevented me for playing for eleven week.s


I just got the green light from my doctor two weeks ago, so I'm really determined to get back to playing in the court.  I've just been hitting balls against a wall last week, and it's starting to get really boring.  I would surely love to find somebody to hit rallies with.    

I live in downtown Walnut Creek.  I am free weekday afternoons (after 4pm) and most Saturdays.

Thanks for responding.

 

I have an appointment this afternoon (Mon., Feb.28th) but I should be free in the afternoons the rest of the week.  I'm usually available from 4:30 pm onwards.  Do you know of any good courts in Concord?  I usually play in Walnut Creek, either at Heather Farms (great courts for a fee) and at Larkey Park (good court, no lights, free).

hey Anton,

thanks for getting back to me. i can get to courts around 6 most evenings, except on wednesdays. there are courts in concord without fee, there are total 8 courts and only four are with lights, first come serve basis, not too far from concord downtown. i actually live pretty close to them. yea tomorrow evening or thurs or fri would work. let me know.

Let's do that. Park is Willow Pass Community Park, tennis are at cross street Salvio St and Olivera Rd.

Sounds cool.  I work in Pleasant Hill so it'll be quite convenient to meet up.  Courts at Larkey Park?  Right now, I'm free most all weekday afternoons after 6pm.  Saturday mornings too.  Let me know.
