4.0-4.5 hitting partners, men or women in Emeryville/Oakland

I'm a former 4.5 player, way out of shape.  Would love to find some 4.0 players to hit with, men or women who don't mind playing against topspin.

I live in Emeryville but I am able to meet anywhere in the near city (berkeley, piedmont, oakland, etc).
