3.0/3.5 Practice Partners Near Hercules

Looking for a few practice partners around 3.0/3.5 near Hercules, Pinole, El Cerrito.  Can play most weekdays around 4:00 PM or later, and most weekends around 2:00 PM or later.  Looking to rally, run groundstroke and volley drills, and play a set or two.
