Is that the JW Marriott? How do you get in?

No, it's the Palm Desert Resort: Google the address on the posting. At the gate, tell them you are here to go to the tennis stadium, and they will write you a parking pass for the parking there, and there is a map on the back of the pass.

Look at the map, but as you go straight in, after a few blocks is a stop sign, turn right. (At that corner is as brown and brown sign (hard to see) pointing the way, but anyway, you'll make it.)

Stop in the players lounge upstairs and say 'hi' and grab coffee (free). A deli/snack bar is downstairs and in the large building behind the courts is a full fledged bar and restaurant.

Have fun! It sounds like you'll make it?
Ohh okay sounds good! Do you work there? I work at Marriott Shadow Ridge...if I can get off early tomorrow I'll definately swing by and watch! That's awesome!

No I don't work here, but I live here and have been doing a monthly round-robin for fun. Anyway, I'll be around tomorrow playing a match in afternoon - like around 4. I think the MORNING is the BEST time to watch practice. This weekend, coming up, we expect to be really busy, most of the days. Courts are reserved for the players in the mornings, like monthly-only member ships are suspended for the month. Anyway, exciting!
Very cool. I'll see how our schedule works out.

This is Awesome! Unfortunately i won't be available to come till the 19th!...missed it by one day! ... this is the first time i've ever heard of this. Have you guys always hosted practice sessions during Indian Wells?

This is a new-ish arrangement with the Tennis Gardens. (The club did host players in the past, but it was more as a general show of support.)
So the word from Jim and Susan and Jackie, over at the club-house, is that the weekend will be pretty busy with pros, especially in the mornings. Some players are still arriving, and as the week builds, we expect the practice sessions to start getting busy, peaking maybe on maybe Monday, and tapering off as the draw reduces, just as you might expect.

Again, to anyone who is coming, if you message me, with, I will respond and likely show up with a smile, coffee, and introductions.
Such a great offer. Very cool. Looking forward to seeing you one way or another! I'm so excited I can heardly concentrate on work!

I'm happy to report that this morning quite a few people - including Čilić - are busy practicing. I will post some pictures! Good tennis out there!
Oudin was there this morning, and again, so was Čilić.
I'll post a few gifs as I can make them. There were about 8 or so B-listers with their pros etc.

HaHa...this is soo cool...it's like a hologram
