Need to restring

Had a broken string for the first time since I came to the area.  Anyone on the Eastside know of a good place to restring a racquet within a quick bus/metro ride of Little Italy? (Sometimes not having a car is a real inconvenience for these occasional errands.)  Or have a stringing machine to loan out?
