New to Indy: Looking for hitting partner/tennis info

Hi all:

I just moved to Indianapolis and was wondering if anyone wanted to play a set or just hit around. I am downtown close to the IUPUI campus, and I believe there are courts there. After reading the ranking system, I would grade myself at somewhere between a 2.5 and 3.0. I'm available to play mon, tues, and thurs after 5pm.

Also, since it is fall and I'd like to continue playing during the winter, does anyone have any info on some of the better indoor courts around the area?

heyy.. im along 465 and 71st street.. new to town.. there are some tennis courts in one of the schools on 71st itself.
lemme knw if u interested. I wud consider myself 2.5 maybe.

Hey Dan,

I live on 32nd street and have played off and on for some time. Maybe I am a 3.0 so would love to hit sometime. I don't know if we can play on the IUPUI courts for free though and although they have the best indoor courts also there are indoor courts between Allisonville and Keystone off of 82nd street (of course both are pretty expensive...)

My number is 317-379-9334 and I could be at the court by 6:15 where ever we were to play.

I'm in the same boat you are. Have you found anywhere indoor to play? I'd be glad to hit with you, just let me know if you are interested.

I manage a Saturday League that could get you some indoor action and you dont need a membership. Call me if your interested.
