Carrie I will teach you anything I know to help ya get going. I find the better I get the less running I do hehehe so its even better cardio when you are just learning... Its a great way to shed lbs!

I'm a beginner, played a few times before, liked it and would love to play more. I live in the north east. If you wouldn't mind playing with a beginner, let me know. Thanks.
