Looking for regular singles partner, 3.5

I'm rated a 3.5 and regularly play up at 4.0 (doubles) and looking to hit with someone to build my singles game. Monday evenings are generally free for me. I prefer Albany-Memorial, El Cerrito or San Pablo Park courts. Thanks!
