4.0 - 4.5 player looking for play/practice - recently moved from NYC so I dont mind the 'cold'!

Howzit! (South African for hello!) I'm located on the border to El Cerrito/Richmond but happy to meet in Albany/Berkley/Oakland for a good knock around. I have a decent serve, strong forehand and slightly unpredictable backhand....comfortable hitting from the net or back of the court. I'm wanting to improve my game with the ambition to join a league in the area - so looking for regular practice/game play.
