3-4.0? Looking For People to Play With

Greetings all.  I'm not USTA rated or anything, but judging by the rating qualifications, I'm probably a 3.0-3.5 and maybe just nicking a 4.0 on a good day.  Played all through high school, stopped in college and now trying to pick it up again. 23 years old, male, looking for partners of any shape or variety.  I'm new to Phoenix so don't even know where to play, let alone know anyone to play with. I'm available most weeknights.
