Sumer last year (2012), I walked with a cane just from the car to the restaurant. I made only short shopping trips for groceries because of the pain. Today I played a great 1 1/2 hours of doubles with no pain. Last week I played continuously for three hours. A few days before that I played twice in the same day for about 1 1/2 hours each. I play better, sleep better, and love my life again. I will share my recovery experience with anyone for free. I am not selling anything, unless it's get back into life advice and that's free.

I had no idea that you had been in so much pain--I thought you had just gotten a little out of shape and gained some weight. It was great to see you getting stronger and stronger as we played in August and September and it is great to see that you are playing more and feeling so much better. I may have to get some more lessons down here so you don't get too far ahead of me. Unfortunately the doubles lessons at the local tennis center conflict with our weekly breakfast ride with the bike club and I don't want to miss that; we've been riding with the same group every week of the winter season for 3 years now and have many good friends in the bike group. But I am playing a lot of doubles and will play even more when the morning group gets here in another month or too, so maybe I'll be a half-way decent doubles partner by the time I get back. Jan
