Who is your most favorite Male French Open Champion.....

Again, what match defined that moment for you?  Mine was Agassi.  He had three tries, finally won it on his third attempt, against a one GS finals wonder.  It was a great match though.  He lost the first two sets to Andrei Medvedev and I just shook my head in disbelief.  Then he turned it up a notch and wasn't matched and the career GS was finally accomplished.  What about you?

Naturally being a huge Rafa fan, I also loved the 2008 beat down he gave Federer in the finals: 6-1, 6-3, 6-0.  That was just pure brutallity.  That match also kind of turned the tide more in favor of Rafa in that rivalry.
I have to go with the Changer.  Michael Chang.
Chang's FO win was anything short of miraculous.  First the victory over Llendl, then he dispatched Edberg in the finals.  Incredible two match stretch to win it.
Mark thats so crazy..my two favorite FO male winners are Agassi and Rafa and those were both my favorite matches! If you haven't had the opportunity to read Agassi's autobiography, you should pick it up and read his description of that entire slam. Very descriptive.
That is totally crazy.  I haven't read his autobiography, might have to look into it afterall.  Honestly, I was a little disappointed in his confession of drug use, but hey, everyone makes mistakes.
GUGA Kuerten  hands down a 160 lb  stringbean  whacking one handed backhands down the line  ALL DAY long  good enough for 3 French titles
Guga was incredible to watch.  Like you said, stringbean, full of energy and a wild backhand.
