Do you have a Goal set for 2012, what is/are they?
We have just passed the mid point of 2012 have you met your goal/goals?
My goal was to break in to the USTA top 100, it doesn't look like it for me. =( I figured just playing a lot would have gotten me stronger and faster, but by doing that I ran into many injuries. With my injuries this year I have changed my focus.
I have decided to take a different approach to my game. Playing a little less, cycling a little more, and working on my health. I now have been cycling 2 to 3 times a week, and have noticed my speed and stamina has increased on the court.
As for my health, I've been watching my PH levels, eating more of an alkaline diet, I will say it has been working wonders for my muscle fatigue. I have also been drinking a lot more coconut water. (Harmless Harvest 100% Raw & Organic) I did a lot of research on companies on how the coconut water is handled after its cut down from the tree, and I think "Harmless Harvest" has the best method in keeping all it's nutritional value.
I feel these two changes will allow me to produce the shots I know I'm capable of.
I'll keep everyone updated, this is just what I have observed, everyone's body is different.
