Tennis Elbow and Physiotherapy

I've got tennis elbow...both arms. I've put up with it for more than ten years, and to be honest, can't deal with it anymore.

Nowadays It is actually preventing me from doing so much. Anything involving the use of arms just kills me afterwards. And sometimes I had to stop using my arms due to the pain.

Tried almost all kinda treatments. Even tried ultrasound therapy years ago. And the results kind of turned me off from trying anything else, so I've just dealt with it.

But from what I've read physio will work like charm. is this true? or just another scam? I'm interested in how much it costs also, but if it works, that's not really an issue.

And I found a registered physio and massage therapy clinic in Mississauga. But before going there, I need your help.
