Tennis atmosphere, shared accommodation, tennis resort.

Just a quick request for either shared accommodation or a referral to a friend or... I play at Monterey CC when I am in Palm Springs and this would be of course very nice to be there.
My mom lives in 1000 Palms, I prefer to stay elsewhere. I am looking to buy in the Indio area so that would be a good area. I am somewhat interested in Indian Palms CC near Washington and 111 so that would be ideal and I like that area. I would be a month to month person. I don't drink much, don't smoke and am not a partyer, preferring the quieter life. I am learning Spanish so A Spanish speaking household would be nice.
