Public Lighted Courts in (or near) Costa Mesa

I live and work in Costa Mesa and am having a heck of a time finding some decent public lighted courts around here. Can anybody help me out? I know about the Tennis Center but I don't want to have to pay $10 per hour to play. PLEASE HELP! :)
