Power VS. Control

I usually hit the ball with more control even though i hit a heavy ball. But now that im in Arrizona working out its all about Power and now my balls are going a little long and if this was a match i would be giving away a lot of points but im a great listener and learner so im doing it but the question is....is Power better than Control???
