Looking for 4.0 or 4.5

I am new to Tennisopolis, as well as I moved from Livermore to Fremont approximately 2 years ago and my regular tennis declined.  So I am interested in playing more tennis and in addition to playing in Fremont, I am open to playing in other areas like Palo Alto,Mt. View,Milpitas, Hayward, San Leandro.  I have also been known to go as far as Berkeley (not often).
