How is everyone's usta team doing?
My doubles partner Jeff Shin, and my boy Jordan Boyles had to come back from 1-5 in a true third set tiebreak to beat rio for the second time! They were playing Todd Stanley (director at rio) and brian martinez (my director at natomas)
My team is off to a good start (3-0) and we beat the other good team twice now. I know the usta likes to see scores but if we sweep rio we wont play the local playoff.
We only play 1 singles match and 2 doubles so all the scores are close.

I put together 8 in a row last yr. 3 in a row this year. (In league play)
In 5.0 tournaments I have an active streak extending back to early 07. 7 or 8 titles

We won our second round playoff match today. I won 2 & 4. We play the winner of the second flight next Saturday(Memorial Park-Albany). Hopefully we can get to districts so I can play my Dad's team out of Johnson Ranch! Let's go team Laney! Where's Mr. Wagner? I know he's been hoping I lose since I left the Club Sport team. You're my motivation Hal! :) Sorry, I've been non existent on here lately, I have this new job that has been working me to death. GAME ON!

Hehe, I never wish losing on anyone. Way to go,keep up the good work. My 4.5 ladies team is still going, won second round, and 5.0 team has yet to do playoffs.
