How do you determine your grip Size
i was told if you can fit your index finger between your hand while holding your racquet thats how you determine. but how is it realy done?

That is mostly right. Make sure you do it palm up with the Racquet straight up and down. Let your fingers come around the side. If you can close your hand into a circle its too small. If you can get your index finger in there it is about right. If you could fit one and a half fingers its too big
