TENNIS CLINIC & PLAY TIME - FUN FOR ANY SKILL LEVEL!

It's Summertime in DC and you know what that means? Tennis time! It's been a long, cold winter, but aren't they all? It's time to brush up on your strokes to be fit for the court! Whether you are a novice or a seasoned player, Professionals in the City invites you to a splendid opportunity to come on out in the early sunshine and play a few games!
On hand for this event will be two College Level I Division Players to coach you on everything you need to know about this game, one of the oldest to migrate to American shores with the English aristocrats. Even if you have played tennis before, there's always something new to learn and practice. You'll have plenty of time to watch, learn, ask questions, play and laugh! Of course, you'll have an unbeatable opportunity to meet new friends, other professionals who want to learn the game or put some polish on their moves.
Here is what you'll learn – or brush up your skills:
Basic tennis strokes
Tennis scoring
Basic tennis footwork
Beginning knowledge of match play
We will provide the tennis balls as well as the instructors and arrange the matches – you bring the fun and "game face" attitude! Since tennis goes nowhere without a racket, be sure to bring yours! Keep yourself energetic and hydrated by bringing your own bottled water.
Check in and warm up begin at 9:45 am and lessons begin promptly at 10:00 am.
Attire: Tennis shoes, racket, sunglasses or a hat and sunscreen!
