What is refreshing, is that while I was living in Texas, the High Schools actually push the whole doubles thing. Now, I love both, for different reasons though. I love the one on one battle of singles, and my mental strength versus my opponent, and my strategy versus his, and my changes versus his. It is very intense. At the same time I love doubles because I have less acreage that I have to cover, there is more strategy, the angles are fierce, and it sure is fun having a target up at the net as I am returning serve.

hmm.. in dubs, i'm more of anticipate the next shot and act on opponent's tendencies... but mind off and just rip and react sounds like fun... will try that tonight in my regular tuesday dubs group. :-)
