I like to hit on the wall, play singles once a week, and play a doubles. Basically, I''m married with a new baby so I can get out once a week at night and once on the weekend to get my game in shape so that's my options.
that's hard to beat, BUT you don't have depth or movement involved AND it does lead to a lack of knee bend and full power drive shots--you just can't do that unless you have a really high wall and lots of room BUT great for form, reps, and picking balls up on the rise
