I get asked by a lot of Osa tennis 360 students how they can create more power on their forehands.

They want to feel more powerful, and feel that they can put the ball away when they have an open shot.

This is the first 3 levels of power on the forehand groundstroke.  

Notice where you are, and notice how easily you can jump up a level (or two).

P.S. If you were going to improve one of your groundstrokes, would you choose your weaker side or your stronger side?  In other words, would you rather make a strength even stronger?  Or would you rather balance yourself and bring your weaker side up in level?  I'm very curious.
