Beginner Tennis Partner wanted, Simi Valley & surrounding areas

I'm hoping to find some beginner tennis players to practice/play with. My husband got me started playing and I'm loving it, but he's too good for me to play against (I took some lessons, but I'm not yet skilled enough/ready to join a league). He has to "play down" to me. I'd love to find a partner in their 20s or 30s to play against (it seems most people at my level are little budding tennis players around 12-15 yrs old, which is a little embarassing). I live in Simi Valley but I work in Encino, so I'm hoping to find someone in Simi Valley / San Fernando Valley / Ventura County area who likes to play in the evenings/after work hours and/or weekends. Any local, newbie players around?
