Tennis Fan, Tournament or League Player, Racquet Stringer
Neighborhood or other helpful location info:
Liverpool, UK
Random things about me (hobbies, occupation, tennis history, favorite band, etc.):
I love Art, Football (Liverpool FC) and Tennis.
I try and play at least 3 or 4 times a week.
My Real job is that I am an artist and I exhibit throughout Europe.
Favorite pro tennis player(s):
Murray (cos Im patriotic and have to even tho he's annoying me!), Sergiy Stakhovsky cos he reminds me of me (!!!), Stepanek cos he's kinda old skool, Gasquet cos of his majestic shotmaking, Edberg cos he s&v's everytime, Rafter cos of his S&V, Becker cos of his game, Guga Kuerten cos of his backhand...........looking out for Raonic and Wawrinka these days.
My tennis skill (please check your NTRP if you know it):
Nice Art Richard. I read the comments about racquets you posted and found it interesting. The Fischer is a nice looking racquet. Don't see them around here. I use prince now.I am a training aid developer and not a pro player, but love to see different technologies to give players an advantage. Seems like the feel and action you get from the Fischer is great for your game.
Thanks for the Racquet tip. Is there a 6.1 98"? I feel like going a little bigger. I tested a 6.1 (if this is Roger's paint job) and liked it pretty well a couple years ago. Maybe that is a good idea.

Hi Richard,
We're running a fun Aussie 09 Bracket Challenge for tennis fans. Make your predictions and follow along. This is the link. Please share this link with any of your friends on Tennisopolis and beyond.
Richard, Did you get my other message about blog images? I was playing around and cropped your pic, check it out. Can you put this one at the top of your blog?
Awesome! I featured it. Yeah, this will help keep more blogs on the main page. I want to make the blogs more prominent since we get so many great ones here. I'm thinking about moving the latest activity to the side - although I know that the LA is good for new members. people like to join sites where there is a lot of activity. thx again. M
Hey Rich, agree the latest UKRHs version isn't quite happening as we'd like (not quite set up for what we want) - so good to try something different...
