I gotta work th 9th unfortunately. But I think I made a new contact tonight with a guy who works at the country club here in Pensacola. He played in college and is looking to get back on the court again.
I had a feeling I would be too tired this morning - Traveling with a 4 month old is challenging!
I am anxious to see who all made it out. Hope to be there next time...
Good. I am looking forward to it. I play mostly doubles so it should be interesting. I am left handed and play with plenty of topspin myself and my favorite shot is cross court. I just hope to be competitive. How did things turn out for you 2 in your match.
Well I have to see because I have two little ones at home. Probably the weekends are best. do you all play in Niceville ever. I will for sure keep in touch.
Where do you all usually play at. I am assuming the Pensacola area which is a little too far for me. I usually play doubles Saturday morning in Navarre but wouldn't mind switching it up a little depending upon where the courts are.
What time and where are you playing? My cell # is 758-1624. If I can show a half hour before your match I will. Depends on my two kids. Can't wait to play.
David P.,
The US Open is already here, so NOW is the time to come make your picks in the US Open Bracket Challenge sponsored by Avery Tennis.
Little known facts:
1. It's free.
2. It's fun.
3. The Grand Prize is a new Avery M3 Control racquet.
4. Do I need any more reasons?
5. It's more fun to follow the tourney when you have points at stake.
6. Bragging rights.
7. OK, I'm all out...
Thks for your message.
Always I try to do my best in this exciting sport.
On thursday I will go to Brazil and hope come back with some points.
Keep informed in the page.
Regards
Eze
We finally met up and it was some good exercise as it was really warm outside. We were able to get 4 sets in. 6-2, 6-2, 6-3, 6-0.....it was tiresome but fun. we had some good exchanges. when is your next get-together
Thank you David, I am going to try and get out during the afternoon and hit some. I used to play a few years ago, I think that I will enjoy picking it back up.
Wow, those College Pkwy courts aren't far at all! Anyone still hitting around in the group? Why did they name that road College Pkwy anyway? It's a high school.....
Maybe we could all go to Linens and Things afterwards and buy the place out... or just Sports Authority LOL
Hi David. I haven't logged in for a while. Looks like there are way more new people on here. No, I haven't been practicing or getting any better, but I am looking forward to playing when it warms up. As long as my babysitter (husband) is available!
Thank on comment on my photo... Antelope Canyon is in city Page Arizona and they don't really have many things there just desert :).
If you want to go there it is just 100km from Grand Canyon.... Or you can buy my photo: http://photobucket.com/flynnsphotography
I'd love to hit with you, but I was hoping to meet up with you sometime after work. The Riv is an OK place to play, but breaking away from work and going over there in the middle of the day is problematic. Sunset Park is about 5 minutes away from work, so playing there in the middle of the work day might be a little more doable. Can you get yourself over to Sunset Park?

Just wanted to point you to a couple of fun groups that popped up.
My Racket, What's Yours?? is a place to show off your weapon of choice.
Prince Players, We Got Next set up by Prince, Inc.
Fans of Serena - obvious title, but I'm not joining. ;-)
