Hey, I looked at the clip and see the guy's name is Pedro Pinto. He has Spanish blood lines then.:)

Guy's a trip though. I think he kinda just widens his nostrils and gets ultra serious, which throws off Fed.

Man, that interviewer just sounds and looks so artificial speaking Spanish! No wonder Fed was laughing at his facial expressions. Funny as heck.
