Permanent Tennis partner 3 - 3.5 in Kelly Park, weekdays early on the morning

I'm looking for permanent Tennis partner level 3 - 3.5. I'm playing in Brooklyn, Kelly Park Ave S & E14 st, early in the morning 6:30 - 8 am, when weather and morning light permits. Until back to standard day time, we can play 6:45 - 8am. In winter time We can play in Bay Parkway bubble courts 7 - 8 $36 but we can come 6:30 and have extra half hour.
