3.0 Player looking for a Casual Match, Nights/Weekends

Just moved to the area, looking for someone to hit around with.  I'm a 27 yr old male, probably a 3.0/3.5.  I'm up for a competitive match, someone who can rally, but not a pro who will kick my butt (unless you want to give me lessons :) ).

My apartment complex has a nice tennis court that nobody uses, Elms at Oakton in Fairfax.
