Hi, welcome to North County, we always need new fun players here.  Poinsettia Park is a great venue and lots of good tennis.  People meet there every Monday, Wed and Friday for round-robin play on the upper courts by the east parking lot - play usually starts at around 4:00 PM so you just have to show up, introduce yourself and start wacking the ball.  I might be playing there this coming Monday so we could hit then.  Also, there is the San Diego Tennis Network that plays every Saturday at the Rancho Valencia Resort which is a lot of fun as well.  Drop me a note back and we can set something up - Happy 4th
