Am an intermediate player with permanent court time at Tam Tennis Center in Niles.  Primarily a singles player, but do enjoy doubles as well.  Play in a mixed doubles group on Sunday morning.  Play singles during the week...Mike

Hi Leah. I'm Warren and new to Tennisopolis. From what I've read you are the head of the Chicago group for Tennisopolis. Did I typed that correctly?.... Anyway, please let me know if your group is or will be having any "tournament"/"games in the city. I'm in Lincoln Park. Thanks and have a good one!

Hey all. I've been trying really hard to find a hitting partner here in Chicago since my reliable mate went back to Brazil. I'm a 28 yr old student, and I've been passionate about tennis since I can remember. I've been playing the sport for a while, but I'm not as good at it as I hope to be. It would be awesome if I could find someone to hit with once or twice a week, maybe more. I prefer someone who's level 4.0 or up, but I do not mind at all if the person's just starting out. I just wanna go out and play. I live in Lakeview area by the Lakeshore Drive. So I really hope I hear back from some peeps.

Hey Leah,

I'm looking to get back into tennis again.  I played some in highschool =, but I'm definately rusty.  It's so nice out, I can't wait to get outside.  I'm also 26 year old professional.  Let me know if you wanna hit sometime.

Hi Leah,
Don't know if you're still looking for someone to hit with. I definitely am, and would describe my level the same as you. Let me know.

Hi Leah! It's great to have you here!
Thanks for starting the Chicago Intermediate group. FYI, We also have a general Windy City Group - you may want to join that too to meet people in your area.
Invite your buddies to Tennisopolis and earn chances in our $200 giveaway.

We are all very excited to have created this "community-based" tennis social network which puts the focus on the members.

To get started, please upload a photo or avatar for yourself (if you haven’t already.) Whether it's of you, your dog, or your racquet it doesn't matter, but it helps people remember you. You can also personalize Your Page with pictures, links, RSS feeds, colors and more here.

If you are looking to meet people for tennis matches, Look through the Groups or create a Group of your own and invite your tennis contacts. It's a good place to keep in touch with everyone in your circle.

The Forum is really the hub of the online community. It’s is a fantastic place to get tips for your game, chat about the latest gear, and especially, talk about the pros.

Other places to explore: post youtube videos, add your own photos, write your own blog.

…and just hang out and meet great people.

Welcome aboard,
Mark
