New to LA, living in Santa Monica, looking for hitting partner, regular or not - 3.5-4.5

Hello everyone,

I'm new to LA and itching to get back on a tennis court.

It's been a while -- several years -- since I last played, so at the moment I'm more interested in getting back in the groove... rallying, getting some exercise, even some mini-tennis.  Nothing overly competitive, but still a good workout.

My last official rating was 4.5, and I used to teach tennis in NYC before getting a "real" job.

Weekends are best, but generally available before 8:00 a.m. or after 7:00 p.m. on weekdays, too.

Would love to be able to hit the courts this weekend (June 26/27) -- this afternoon/evening, tomorrow, or both.

If it's more convenient for you please feel free to call or e-mail: 917 512 1573 or vipul [at] hulu.com

Thanks!

Hi Vipul,

I live in westwood and play quite a bit in the area. I used to be a 4.5 but I've lost touch. I'm more at a 4.0 now. Let me know if you want to have a hit sometime this week.

thanks,
Abhay
4.0 4.5 on best days.

I can play just about any time.

Looking for a game today.

Hi--if you're still looking for someone, I'm in Santa Monica (from NYC area) 8/2-8/9 . I'm basically about a 3.5--used to be more like a 4 when I was younger, can usually hit the ball pretty well if I'm not on the run, interested in exercise more than competition. Let me know, and would in fact like to play early, at least the first few days after I arrive!
