I saw this product demonstrated on TV and the racquet action it causes is that commonly known as "windshield wiper". This is extreme low to high raquet head arc which results in very minimal-- milisecond-- string contact on the ball. I prefer hitting through the ball (forward-toward the net) and thereby creating more ball "dwell time". You can still create all the topspin you need by racquet head stroking from low to high but the path going out forward--toward the net, instead of the upwards windshield wiper action. The windshield wiper action requires unforgiving timing which leads to more errors.
