Sorry I haven't been in touch with members in the group. The reason is that the site would always freeze on me after getting on it. It was quite frustrating. Finally , it is now working. I mentioned I have a group called 'The Phila Tennis Meet-Up Group' which takes most of my time. I suggest you join it and you will se all the events, clinics , & tournaments being run. You can contact me at 215-479-0469 to discuss.
The group on Tennisopolis is just starting. My established group for you to join is 'The Philadelphia Tennis Meet-Up Group. When you go there, join, and you will see the calendar of Monthly Meet-Ups, clinics, tournaments ( Doubles, Mixed Doubles), & Sweat n' Smash. If you wqant to speak to me, call 215-479-0469. I look forward to meeting you.
Hi Earl,
Glad to have you join the group. We have 1 large monthly Meet-Up indoors til spring. The Meet-Up usually fill up quickly. The next one will be in February, date not set yet but will be posted after this Sunday's event. In addition to that , there are several other weekly clinics listed( Sweat n' Smash, a high intensity 1 1/2 hour drill) on Wednesday evenings( again, usually full with 8 players). you can contact me with any questions at 215-479-0469. i look forward to meeting you.
If you would, check out my main group in Philadelphia. Search on Google ' The Phila Tennis meet-Up Group" and see the comments of our members and join if you like. We have a great group with players of all levels.
Thanks,
It's great to have you here! Join one or both of the Philly Groups and invite all your tennis contacts. It's a good place to keep in touch with everyone in your circle.
Tennisopolis is also a great place to meet people all across the country and talk about this game we love. We are all very excited to have created this "community-based" tennis website which puts the focus on the members. We launched Tennisopolis just two weeks ago, so you are a charter member. :-)
