Martin, I will ask Oscar to respond to this question - could you send it to me in spanish to be more specific. I'm not sure I understand exactly what you are asking. Could you also please send me to the John Frausto article, I'd like to read it. Thank you.

What's says Oscar's Method, for Better spacing in the Forehand. I have read an article of John Frausto, partner of Oscar, which says that you must use your left hand to point the ball, and it will let you improve your stroke.

Marco, glad that your wife "listens" to you. That is a big accomplishment in itself, and I am happy my method helped!

Dean, the best thing would be to wait for the serve with your weaker side grip. The best stroke is usually a natural endeavor, and the grip is instinctive in that side.

Oscar´s method is great. I´ve learned to play tennis using it, and I also taught it to my wife. We both got a very quick start.

I found the Wegner method in Google, three years ago.
In that time, I was a begginer, who plays tennis in the weekend.
Now, I'm trying to enter to the ATP ranking, i will play my firsts future tournaments.
I have some questions about tactics, I have read the book, and watch all the dvds, but I didn`t see so much information, about the tactics for a defensive player.
I think that it would be the key to enter in the futures.
Good Bye!

Mark. I always like to mention the source of my knowledge. If you read the article Lucile ponted to, the third paragraph "Close your eyes and picture a cat, or a dog in your mind. Clearly see the picture you created. Move it a bit from side to side. Now ask yourself the question, who is looking? Who created the picture? Who is in control? The answer is you, the soul, the actual source of your decisions and your existence.

So what is the mind? You just looked at it in the previous test. It is the complete collection of mental image pictures, including all perceptions, a record of all the experiences of life. It is a tool that the being uses to decide present and future actions, even those that operate below the level of awareness.", is based on the discoveries of L Ron Hubbard.

Great comment, Mark! Here's an excerpt from an article by Oscar about playing by feel. It is an excellent preparation for playing a competitive match.

The truly terrific thing about Oscar's methods is it makes you feel like a kid again on the court. When you're a kid, it's just, "ok, there's the ball now get there and play my shot." There's no thought whatsoever. Your mind is clear. Then you miss a few balls and someone suggests this and that and all of a sudden your mind is consumed with 10 things. All of a sudden that forehand is no longer just a forehand, it's now this, that and etc etc and you think, "oh man, this is harder than algebra." Oscar has given us all a great gift by reducing things to just forehands, backhands etc and freeing our minds. Now when I play, I feel like I do when I'm sitting in the ocean waiting for a wave - nice and peaceful.

I started using Oscars method nearly 3 years ago and found my game improved almost immediately by winning a tournament and beating people who I had always lost to before. All the people I coached benefitted aswell and wondered why I hadnt told them these simple methods before.

Last June I quit my job as a head coach and took Oscars methodology to country (UK) in the form of courses for Coaches that Oscar helped us to devise when he was over here. We now have nearly 300 coaches teaching this way and all have given it 100% approval. Now the biggest indoor chain of clubs - DAVID LLOYD leisure has employed us to train all their pros.

We are truly grateful to Oscar for reigniting our tennis passion and hopefully we are doing the same for our Coaches here in the UK.
