Hey Jacob,

I know there's ones at Balboa Park, Van Nuys/Sherman Oaks and at North Hollywood Park.  Hopefully you're near to one of those.

Hi Tark,

Thanks!  Is there a fee for any of them?

There is one at the van nuys rec center but it smells like pee and there are carona bottles and cigarette buts everywhere. There is also one at northridge park but it's just a wood board on a court fence. I go to joyslin park in burbank for wall play.

Thanks for the inside scoop Boris.

No, there are no fees for hitting against the wall; but like Boris said, the one in Van Nuys/Sherman Oaks smells a little.  Some transients use the local shrubs next to it as a condo.  The one in Balboa is on asphalt, so it's not the best surface.  Of the three, North Hollywood is the best (as Boris mentioned), but you may have to contend with the handballers there.

Thanks, Tark.  I'll check them out.

Wasnt talking about that one but yes the sherman oaks one is ok if you hit from inside the pickle ball court but you will need to pay to do that and can't go very far back or hit from the other side for free. There are also some high schools I heard but not sure how or when their walls are available. What is this one in north hollywood you're talking about tark?

The one in North Hollywood is a different park than the one you mentioned, Boris.  I was thinking of North Hollywood Park on 11430 Chandler.

Hi Jacob!

Balboa, Van Nuys/ Sherman Oaks, and North Hollywood Park all have walls you can use.  They are free!

Have a great day.

Also, if you'd like to see some cool drills you can use on a wall, check out my website at Osatennis360.com  I have some free instructional videos that might help.

Cool. Thanks Ramon!

Van nuys rec center wall is shut down till further notice. Also only one net is up
