I was watching Brian Baker vs Xavier Malisse and I noticed when Baker was coming to the net he had that same 'underneath stick' on his forehand volley that you demonstrated in your video.

Ah, I love this video, Jeff! I posted this video maybe 7 months back. It transformed my volley from an angled touch pats/stabs (Mac) into the volley stroke (Edberg) I wanted. I know you use Rafter as the model here, but you showed me that it was possible to hold the racquet longer to the same side and get extra drive.
