Yes I dis grow up in the Bronx...I played all over. Graduated from DeWitt. Clinton high school. Started playing. At oval park in the city Parks foundation ... pelham bay park in the Bronx became my home court after my junior career ended. And when I started to take tennis professionally I leased pelham bay park from the city of NY. Thus giving birth to the Bronx tennis society. I still go back to my old courts 1 a year and beat the living daylights. Out of anyone there.
Thank you Mark. Where do you stay when you go? I was looking at the packages and was wondering if those hotels offer transportation services between accommodations to the grounds.
have been swamped with my main full-time job as well as another side-projet so no progress yet - but I would like to get together with some fellow tennis fans and discuss what the ideal format and rules for the game would be so I can set out starting to do the database / API design.
Thank you for your message. I am quite new for this and dont know how to find any members in Rhode Island. Seems to me that there is no group here, am I wrong?
Mr. Flinton Easily (sp?) is using this forum to spread "the word". Is that necessarily appropriate? I would appreciate not getting those type of emails. Just wanted to let you know.
Hey Mark Call or email me about the AYTEF in USTA ATLANTA Iam looking for Some Revenue sources to help under privileged kids play tennis. I want to shoot you some ideas.
I hope I don't have to be active on facebook to participate --just being divorced and not intrested in site. Is there any local all level group I can join or anyother way to get a local connection. Thanks Mike
Thank you for your intro note. Good to have such an active connection.
I will talk later. I live a stones throw from the Tennis Garden.
My best,
Allen

Thank you Mark.
I must admit that I'm a bit shy to get started. I'm 58 and over weight. I played casual tennis when I was younger, but I watch tennis on TV and the Internet whenever possible. I went to my first pro tournament last year at Indian Wells. Now, I just want to get on a court to start moving and burn some fat off. My goal/fantasy would be to play regularly and perhaps even enter a local seniors tournament.
I haven't introduced myself to the local branch, yet. Like I said, I'm shy. But I intend to do so this week.

I don't visit /r/tennis but I think I should start. You don't happen to know any groups around New Orleans that actually play do you? The NOLA tennis group is very inactive.
Thanks Mark Dave De Sure My owner told me to call and I didn't see a number so I signed up your page looks great. Please call me when you get a chance.
