Weekdays are pretty bad for me- I work long hours and have a long commute. Good news is that I only work Monday-Thursday. So generally anytime Friday thru Sunday would work for me. Late mornings or early afternoons are best.

It's great to have another Vegas player in the house! You may want to create a Vegas Group and invite all your tennis contacts. I know that there are already 4 or 5 Vegas members on this site. It's a good place to keep in touch with everyone in your circle.
