Hi Veronica-
I saw your post from earlier this summer. Are you still looking for someone to hit with?

Sounds like we have the same idea in mind when it comes to tennis. Don't get me wrong, I like to play competitively but I'd rather just hit the ball and practice my skills right now. I'm rusty! I'm pretty busy the rest of the week and weekend. Can we plan something for next week? I'm available after 6pm on the weeknights and anytime on weekends but would prefer mornings. Let me know if there's a day next week that looks good to you.

Hey Veronica, sorry for the late response. I just got back from a vacation in Greece. I am not free this weekend, but am free tomorrow from 2-5 p.m. Let me know if you're free then. I know most people have jobs around then, so otherwise I will get back to you on when I'm free next.

Hi Veronica. I got your message. Looks like you are on the right trail, keep leaving notes for people on their pages. Also, join the Windy City group and introduce yourself in the forum in there. A third idea is to create a meet-up "event" in the calendar (Court Time tab) and invite some of the folks from within there. I know a lot of people are more comfortable meeting up in a group atmosphere.
Hope this helps,
M

Hi! It's great to have you here! This is our *new* generic welcome message that, fortunately, is required due to the enormous growth. We're growing by 100 new members a day, and we just couldn't keep up. But that's a good thing. ;-)

Invite your friends too. We’re trying to reach 20,000 members by Wimbledon. :-)
If you need any help, let me know.

You just joined a super fun and infectious "community-based" tennis social network which connects tennis players, fans, coaches, and you.

To get started, please upload a photo or avatar for yourself (if you haven’t already.) Whether it's of you, your dog, or your racquet it doesn't matter, but it helps people remember you. You can also personalize Your Page with pictures, links, RSS feeds, colors and more here.

If you are looking to meet people for tennis matches, Look through the Groups or create a Group of your own and invite your tennis contacts. It's a good place to keep in touch with everyone in your circle.

Here’s a primer on how to meet other players.

The Forum is really the hub of the online community. Other places to explore: post youtube videos, add your own photos, write your own blog.

…and just hang out and meet great people.

Welcome aboard,
Mark

We live in east lake view. Summer is around the corner.
Mostly play tennis to get sweat, fun and burn more calories.
Available mostly morning/afternoon weekends or weekdays evening.
Let's play tennis.
