Hey Peggy,

Are you up for hitting? I might be a bit rusty after a 1.5 month layoff (meaning I might get winded if you take me to three sets!), but I heard that a men's 3.5 and women's 4.0 should play a competitive game. Does that sound right? I've only played in the men's leagues so I'm not sure, but am interested in hitting with anyone around my level ... especially if they're fun!

hi there,

In January I was rated at 2.5. And at the beggining of summer I was about that, but I've been dramatically improving since.
I'm not in the vecinities of 4.0 by any means, but I would like to give a try if it's okay with you.
At least I often can serve my way out of trouble. (Or double fault my way into it.)

Would SCC courts work for you? Or maybe some others that I don't know of.

I do leave in 52st and 202, I can easily take the freeway and go all the way north 'til Flagstaff -I won't do it-.
I can play weekday evenings and anytime on the weekends.

Let me know if that sounds good.
Thx!

Hi! Welcome to the "community-based" tennis social network which connects tennis players, fans, coaches, and you.

What can you do here?
At Tennisopolis, you can:
- meet other players. Here's a primer on how to find partners.
- join a Group. Members have started over 190 Local Groups (and other types of Groups too.) Search for one in your area, or start your own.
- follow the pros. There are over 500 blog posts on Tennisopolis. Have a good read, or write your own.
- improve your game. Get tips in the Forum and check out video lessons.
- post your own Videos or embed your favorites from youtube.
- add your own Photos.
- and just hang out and connect with great people.

To get started, please upload a photo or avatar for yourself (if you haven’t already.) Whether it's of you, your dog, or your racquet it doesn't matter, but it helps people remember you. You can also personalize Your Page with pictures, links, RSS feeds, colors and more here.

Thanks to everyone inviting their friends, we now have over 9100 members and we're growing by 100 new members a day. Invite yours too!

If you need any help, let me know.
