This is my first blog post at tennispolis, and I really enjoy this community:)
I will share with you a basic shoulder prevention program that every tennis player should do. It doesn't matter if you are a beginner or a pro player. It's important for every tennis player to do these exercises. Many tennis players feel pain in their shoulders, and that is because of poor technique or overuse of the shoulder. In other words, your rotator cuff muscles are weak and they need to be strengthened.
I will show you 3 exercises that you can perform on the tennis court or at home, and the program only takes 5-10 minutes to do. You should do this program 2-3 times per week.
